Refunds & Returns Policy

At Love Pure Beauty, we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of the products we sell, we have a strict returns policy in place to protect the hygiene and safety of our skincare items and to ensure fair practice.

Returns on Beauty Products

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery. This includes skincare, cosmetics, and any items that may be affected by hygiene standards.

Please choose carefully before completing your order. If you are unsure about any product, we encourage you to get in touch before purchasing.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective (e.g., a smashed bottle or leaking container), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require clear photographs of the item(s) and packaging to support your claim.

Once your claim is verified, we will send a replacement item or issue a refund at our discretion. Claims made outside this 48-hour window may not be accepted.

Returns Window

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. This applies only to unopened, unused items in their original condition. You must contact us in writing within this period to initiate a return.

Once authorised, returned items must be sent to us within 7 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be used towards treatments or product purchases as specified at checkout. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be reissued.

Booking Deposits for Treatments

If you book a treatment online and pay a deposit, you may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice to retain your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in loss of the deposit.
